Each daily serving of one teaspoon (5 ml) provides a potent dose of active ingredients. It contains 1000 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids in the highly absorbable triglyceride (TG) form, which includes 400 mg of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and 600 mg of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). The formula is further enriched with 2000 IU (50 µg) of Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (1000% NRV) and 270 µg of Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) (34% NRV), which naturally occurs in cod liver oil.
