How to use:
- Apply toner to dry hair for an intense effect
- Apply toner to damp, towel-dried hair for a medium-intensity effect
- Mix toner in a 1:1 ratio with your favorite mask and apply to damp, towel-dried hair for a delicate effect
- Spread evenly and leave on hair for 5 to 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly
