How to use:
Take a single serving of the preparation 15 ml (1 tablespoon), 3 times a day.
On training days, 1 serving 30 min. before the first meal, 2 servings 30 min. before training.
On non-training days, 1 serving 30 min. before the first meal, 2 servings 30 min. before the main meal.
Note:
Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients. The product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
After opening, store in the refrigerator.
Consume within 2 months of opening.
