This is a powdered creatine "stack" combining L-arginine malate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and citrulline malate with effective forms of creatine. NitroBolon contains creatine, which improves performance during successive short, very intensive physical exercises.

How to use:
Dissolve a single serving of the product - 15 g (2.5 scoops) in 300 ml of water using a shaker. Use 1 serving per day.
On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training.
On non-training days: 1st serving 30 min. before the main meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
