How to use:
Dosage:
Dissolve a single serving of the preparation - 3.5 g (0.5 scoops) in 250-300 ml of water using a shaker or mixer. Use 2 servings daily.
On training days, 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving 30 min. before training or 1 serving immediately after training.
On non-training days, 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving between meals or 1 serving before going to bed.
