How to use:
Dosage:
Dissolve a single serving of the product - 3.3 g (0.5 scoops) in 100 ml of water using a shaker.
Use the preparation 30 minutes before the planned workout. The product may clump. This is due to the hygroscopicity of the active ingredients of the product and does not affect its quality and effect. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Note:
Do not use before bed! Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect! Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
