The product will prove useful both during the period of building muscle mass and during weight loss. During the period of building muscle mass, one must be aware of the role played by protein. Protein is made of amino acids, including the BCAA complex: L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine. The exogenous nature means that the body is unable to produce them on its own. They must be supplied from external sources, including through regular supplementation.

How to use:
1-2 servings daily - before a meal or training and after training or before bed. 1 portion (10 g powder = 1 scoop) should be dissolved in 200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

The product is not recommended for use by children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Permissible sediment formation does not affect the quality of the product.
